04 CTF & Security Challenge Rules
HackingVichar may provide intentionally vulnerable systems, simulated environments, puzzles and other challenges for educational purposes.
Security techniques learned on HackingVichar must only be used against systems and targets for which you have explicit permission to test.
Participants must not:
- Attack HackingVichar infrastructure or other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to real-world systems.
- Disrupt services or intentionally damage challenge infrastructure.
- Abuse vulnerabilities outside their intended educational environment.
- Share private challenge solutions when doing so violates challenge rules.

Course materials are provided for educational and training purposes.
Course availability, content, schedules, instructors and learning resources may change from time to time.
